I work with leaders and entrepreneurs who carry a lot of responsibility
and want to regain clarity when something no longer feels right.

My background is in international business and leadership.
I understand what it means to make decisions, carry responsibility,
and be the one others rely on — even when you don’t have all the answers yourself.

Over the years, I’ve worked across different countries and cultures,
which has given me the ability to see situations from multiple perspectives
and understand the complexity behind leadership and change.

In coaching, I create a space where you can pause,
look honestly at your situation,
and find clarity in what truly matters.

My approach is both supportive and direct.
I listen deeply — also to what is not being said —
and help you put words to what you already sense but may not yet see clearly.

I don’t give ready-made answers.

Instead, I help you find your own —
so that the decisions you make are truly yours.

Outside of work, I value time with my family, creativity, and movement —
things that help me stay connected to what really matters.

I am an ICF-certified coach (ACC),
currently advancing towards PCC level.

I hold a Professional Practitioner Diploma
in Executive Coaching (AoEC in cooperation with Estonian Business School).

My work combines international leadership experience
with high-quality coaching practice.

I offer coaching in English, Estonian, Finnish, Russian and French.

This allows me to work with people from different backgrounds
and meet them in a language that feels natural to them.
